Mandy Charlish

Meet Mandy. She has been in the health and beauty industry for an extraordinary 40 years. Mandy has been a trainer for Harley Waxing for many years. Throughout her time in the industry Mandy has acquired many qualifications and mastered the latest beauty treatments, including permanent make-up, level 4 micro blading along with advanced master classes in brows, lip blush and eyeliner techniques. Mandy started her teaching career, teaching level 1-4 in all aspects of beauty and level 4 in anatomy and physiology for the CIDESCO students part time whilst running her own business. Mandy gained her teaching degree CERT ED and also the assessors awards needed to teach in FE.

Mandy first introduced intimate waxing to her services in 2004. Shortly thereafter she started working with Harley Wax. “Harley wax is a perfect temperature, with a low melting point and so easy to work with. it is great for speed waxing and I can complete Hollywood’s and Brazilian’s in around 15 mins” – says Mandy.

Mandy prefers to have one-on-one training with her students as she believes it is the only way to perfect their techniques, work effectively and correctly. Her training costs are £450. Students will work a full day starting with theory in the morning and a practical where they work on 5 different models in order to feel completely comfortable with their skills and knowledge at the end of the day. Beth Coldrick

Say hi to Beth. Beth has been working in the industry for over 15 years and specialises in her two loves – waxing and facials.

When it comes to the beauty industry, Beth has had both international and local experience, which includes Australia, where she first started her journey as a beauty therapist.

After working in salons and spas, Beth combined her passion with her entrepreneurial drive and set up her own beauty business. It didn’t take long for her business to flourish, and within just six months, she was averaging 70 waxing clients a week. Her love for the industry didn’t stop there, and soon she opened up a second business, where she successfully trained over 15 beauty therapists. She even has her own skincare brand – BAO Skincare!

Today, Beth works one-on-one with budding waxing experts, sharing her passion and knowledge. Beth offers a comprehensive introductory private one-day course for £350 that covers different waxing techniques and methods using Harley Waxing products. As well as a complete training manual and lots of theoretical knowledge, you will receive practical practice for all waxing areas using hot wax and strip wax. Rachel Hunter

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 14 years and I have extensive knowledge of waxing. I love all types of waxing but in particular intimate waxes. I feel waxing makes both men & women feel more confident. I have worked with Harley wax since the beginning of my career and I wouldn’t use anything else. The wax has a gentle effect on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation even on the most sensitive skin. I gained my training qualification in 2016. I would love to pass on my knowledge and love for waxing to new therapists. I will travel to different salons or I can offer 1-2-1 training in my small home salon in Manchester.

Prices will vary. 1-2-1 in my home salon will be £350.

Training in salons will be £400 a day + £50pp extra. Travel costs maybe added depending on distance of travel. A training day will include theory and practical training.

Olivia Terroni

Meet Olivia. She is our trainer in North London and has been in this industry for 20 years. Olivia is a seasoned professional within the beauty industry. She has worked at numerous prestigious establishments. For the past four years she has trained at the renowned Finishing Touches Group Ltd company offering Nanoblading Semi-permanent Make-up.

Olivia has her teaching qualification and has been lecturing at an established Beauty College in the heart of Soho, City of Westminster delivering ITEC Beauty Therapy courses to adult learners. Her greatest passion lies in teaching. She strives to deliver all classes to the highest standard with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Olivia delivers small intimate classes consisting of two therapists. Olivia travels to the client’s salons/spas for training. Olivia’s training course has been developed to offer a comprehensive, personalised experience in developing Advanced Intimate Waxing Skills. Each learner will leave confident, knowledgeable, and efficient in Advanced Waxing using Harley Wax Products. The course has been developed to include both Theory and Practical knowledge.
